About Us & Our Mission.

With over 30 years’ combined experience in domiciliary care, Wearside Care LTD was founded in 2017 with a simple mission - to support families by providing the same high standard of care we would expect for our own loved ones.

We support adults with a range of disabilities, providing assistance with everyday activities that help individuals maintain their quality of life, independence and wellbeing. While disabilities are lifelong, we believe that with the right support, people can live fuller, more confident and more meaningful lives.

Our approach is person-centred, not a one-size-fits-all model. We take the time to understand each individual’s needs, goals and preferences, ensuring that support is meaningful, flexible and empowering.

As our services continue to grow, so does our commitment to finding new and better ways to support the people we work with. Alongside our core community and home-based support, we have expanded to include WILD Club our accessible activity club offering safe, fun and meaningful activities and Haswell Grove, our respite service designed to provide comfort, stability and short-term support when it’s needed most.
